About the Heartland Poker Tour

Heartland Poker Tour (HPT) was founded by Todd Anderson and Greg Lang in 2005, Heartland Poker Tour is built on a grass-roots strategy: "Real People, Unreal Money".

Realizing America’s appetite for poker goes beyond Las Vegas, HPT provides poker enthusiasts a televised “Texas No Limit Hold'em” poker tour with affordable buy-ins and accommodating schedules.  Part reality TV and part sporting event, HPT accomplished what it set out to do: award “life-changing” money on a nationally-televised stage.  

Airing 52 weeks each year, HPT is currently filming Season VII and is available in over 100 million homes throughout the United States each week, in addition to widespread distribution throughout Europe, the Middle East, and the Caribbean.
